Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
LAOR ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use www.laorcare.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is LAOR, 4 Hannah Senesh St, Tel Aviv Center 6761708, Israel, registration no.024913410. You can reach us about any privacy matter at laor@laorcare.com. [If a representative in the EU has been appointed under Article 27 GDPR, name and address here.]
2. What data we collect
Information you give us: name, contact details (email, phone, delivery and billing address), order history, and any messages you send us. When you pay, your card details are entered and handled directly by our payment provider; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically: technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).
3. Why we use your data, and our legal bases
We process your data only where we have a lawful basis under Article 6 GDPR:
To process and deliver your orders and provide customer service — necessary for performance of our contract with you.
To meet legal and tax/accounting obligations — necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site — our legitimate interest in running a safe and effective service.
To send marketing emails — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To use non-essential cookies/analytics — only with your consent.
4. Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly, remember your preferences, keep the Site secure, and — with your consent — to measure usage. You can manage or withdraw your cookie choices at any time through your browser settings or the Site's cookie controls. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers ("processors") who help us run the Site and fulfil your orders, under contracts that require them to protect it — for example:
payment providers (e.g. PayPal and our card processor);
shipping and delivery partners;
our hosting and infrastructure provider(s) (e.g. [Cloudflare]) and database provider (e.g. [Supabase]);
email and, where consented, analytics providers.
[Confirm and complete this list of sub-processors against your actual stack.] We may also disclose data where required by law, by court order, or to protect our legal rights, and to a successor entity in the event of a merger or business transfer (which would remain bound by this policy).
6. International transfers
Some of our providers, and our own operations, may process your data outside the European Economic Area, including in Israel. Where this happens, we rely on an appropriate safeguard: Israel benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision, and for other destinations we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism. [Confirm with counsel.]
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — for example, order and tax records for the period required by law, and marketing data until you withdraw consent — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have it rectified; have it erased; restrict or object to its processing; receive it in a portable format; and, where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise any of these, email laor@laorcare.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority — for example, in Portugal, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
10. Children
The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under [16 / the age of digital consent in your country].
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
12. Contact
For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at laor@laorcare.com.
